We use automated SMS\/text messaging to communicate with patients about appointments, care reminders, outreach programs, and other health-center-related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you receive text messages from us.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Legal Basis for Messaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>As a health care provider, Elevate may send you certain messages without prior written consent when they relate to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treatment<\/li>\n\n<li>Payment<\/li>\n\n<li>Health-care operations<\/li>\n\n<li>Public health outreach<\/li>\n\n<li>Appointment reminders (per FCC Healthcare Exemption)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For other types of messages, we will request your express consent (\u201copt-in\u201d) before sending automated texts.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
