Opting Out<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To stop receiving texts, reply <strong>\u201cSTOP\u201d<\/strong> at any time.<br>To request help, reply <strong>\u201cHELP.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Stopping SMS reminders will not affect your care or your ability to receive medical services from Elevate.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Not Medical Advice<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SMS messages are for informational purposes only and are <strong>not a substitute for medical advice<\/strong>. For urgent issues, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. HIPAA &amp; Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Some messages may contain limited health information permitted under HIPAA.
